To request an INVOICE send an email to Mountain Network Srl, including the PDF copy of the sales receipt, all company details the invoice should be billed to including the VAT number.

We accept returns under our 10 Day Money back Guarantee policy. This right to return products may be exercised without penalty and excludes delivery costs. The product must be returned within the indicated time period to the address indicated in paragraph 2 (Contact Data). Before you return the product please contact us to inform us of the return, and then include a copy of the sales receipt and refund details. Returns will only be accepted for products which are considered complete (packaging, accessories, instructions...) are not damaged and returned in their original, undamaged packaging. The refund will be made either by bank transfer or by crediting the credit card used at the time of payment.
